we dont rly know ur skill lvl or anything so we cant give u best judgement either in what would be best for ur growth. Its rly a matter of preference but beginners, get an ipad. My sister has the XP and says its good, i personally dont like the lag between surface and pen nor do i like the overall feel.

USB tablets are great to start off with too, second hand is a great money saver + u can download the drivers online easy so u dont have to worry about compatibility.

even the 6th gen ipad is great if u cant get a pro, i use the 6th gen over pro bc i couldnt afford it but theres not much a difference. Ipad pros are rly amazing for drawing w/ procreate, a lot of artists prefer it over photoshop. but if u start doing it professionally, u should drop $$ for wacom since its industry used and would help. if ur just starting out, u dont need anything fancy. If ur a beginner and want to do freelance, ur gonna have to be Reaaaally really good at what you do. Let them know if it worked, say 'thank you', and give them an upvote! If someone solved your problem, don't just dip out. And be constructive when giving advice or correcting someone. Respect others, either the input they give, questions that might sound "stupid", or when they share their work.
